Event Planning

I have 3 years of experience managing and planning events. While working for ACETECH Solutions (October of 2020 through December of 2021), I was tasked with planning a 3-day, 30-person symposium event in 2021, which included hotel/event venue booking, transportation, meal planning, payment processing, and more. I had no experience with planning corporate events, but my manager at ACETECH trusted me, and I was able to manage the event from the early planning stages through post-event follow-up. I was also onsite in Austin throughout the event to oversee it and address any issues that arose. The event was a big success, with over 30 emergency services organizations from throughout the U.S. and Europe in attendance.

From the moment that I started at Quisitive (in November of 2022), I started planning, managing, and executing webinars. I led everything from landing page creation, email campaigns, demand generation, planning meetings, prospecting talent, moderating, at post-event follow-up. Over time, I added in-person event, trade show, and virtual summit planning to my repertoire.

From November of 2022 to present, I have successfully spearheaded 15 webinars, 2 virtual summits, 2 trade shows, and 5 in-person workshops (in Houston, Dallas, New York, Philadelphia, and Phoenix).
